Gina Caputo is the creatrix of Integrated VinyasaTM Yoga, which emphasizes the fusion of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, focus and release, work and play. Always with a nod to yoga philosophy but with a keen eye on modern life, she feels it is essential for our yoga practices to feel less like auto-pilot busy work and more like powerful, embodied explorations of our inner landscape. She’s known as a down-to-earth, accessible teacher who can communicate complex yogic concepts in a way people can relate to. Shanell Petersen-Reffell is the Author of The Best Sugar-Free Vegan Cookbook Ever published in March 2018. She is also a Holistic Nutrition Counselor, E-RYT, YACEP, Marketing consultant, and Founder of Nella Yoga in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. Born and raised on the island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, 3 years ago fell in love with Kansas City.. With over 12 years of practice, yoga has given her the light to stay true to her path with meditation and gaining awareness of her spirit, mind, and body. jesse shroyer

Jesse grew up with yoga as part of her life doing headstands with her Grandma. After dealing with extreme anxiety along with a diagnosis of celiac disease, her yoga practice brought her back to being herself. Jesse had taught cheerleading camps for over a decade when she realized she could translate those skills to teaching a joyful practice while reaching a broader demographic. Jesse he got her yoga certification through Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training and Kelly Smith Colln in 2014. Bringing joy, bringing fun and sometimes dance parties or sing-a-longs to her classes is what she loves, knowing the deeper effects of yoga start to permeate her student's lives, just as it did hers. lauren leduc

Founder and Executive Director of Karma Tribe Yoga, founder of Pop-Up Yoga KC, and co-founder of Heartland Yoga Festival. Lauren is a dedicated yoga teacher and entrepreneur with the unique gift of cultivating connection and community. She believes that yoga is beneficial to everyone and is passionate about creating accessible experiences and opportunities for students to find a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.
